Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant - Fast Formula & EBS Integration

Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

with

strong Fast Formula (FF) as the primary skill set

and solid

EBS technical expertise

. Profiles focused only on

DM or OTBI

will

not be considered

.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in

Oracle Fusion Fast Formula (FF)

development and debugging Expertise in writing complex Fast Formulas for:

Payroll

Compensation

OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)

Absence Management

Deep technical understanding of

Fusion HCM architecture

EBS Technical Skills (Critical):

Strong experience in

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Fusion Integration

Hands-on expertise in:

EBS data extraction

Writing

SQL / PL/SQL scripts in EBS

Supporting data migration from EBS to Fusion Experience working with EBS tables, APIs, and concurrent programs

Secondary Technical Skills (Good to Have):

Fusion

Integrations

(FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP, OIC) Fusion

Reporting

exposure (BI Publisher / OTBI - secondary, not primary) Unix/Shell scripting for batch processing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot

Fast Formulas

Handle

EBS to Fusion data extraction and migration

Support and build technical integrations between EBS and Fusion Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Provide production support and performance optimization

Mandatory Screening Criteria:

Fast Formula must be the primary skill

(not DM/OTBI-heavy profiles) Proven

EBS technical background

with scripting and data extraction Minimum

5+ years of Oracle technical experience
