This role requires a good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, and other integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions, and how these are used to ensure interoperability between the ERP platform and other software applications within a complex technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in Oracle Fusion support, service management in large financial services organisations and have good working knowledge of the ITIL Framework and associated processes. We are looking for an experienced individual with previous experience in Fusion implimentation, E2E application lifecycle management, including incident, problem and change management, service transition, stakeholder management and reporting, and OLA/SLA identification and monitoring. In addition, you will closely work with transformation colleagues to facilitate the transition of new services and processes to production as part of the strategic Beacon programme.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Support business usage of the Oracle Fusion platform. Provide technical support to ensure that critical processes, business milestones and SLAs are delivered on-time.Provide incident management services to Finance business users. Ensure that response and resolution SLAs are met and any ticket escalations are managed efficiently, all through the Service Now system.Use ITIL framework to provide consistent, efficient and stable services to the Finance stakeholders and users.Ensure that change and problem management processes are followed correctly, using Service NowDevelop relationships with key stakeholders in Finance and Engineering teams to ensure that daily business deliverables are met on-time and any issues / challenges are highlighted and recorded correctly.Support and maintain the data collation and reporting processes and applications to ensure accurate and timely availability of data for decision-making processes.Monitor and analyse the performance of the current state of technical processes to identify areas for improvement, implement upgrades, and solve any issues to minimize interruption to business.Train and support end-users on support model processes, providing guidance on service management proceduresCollaborate with other IT teams and vendors to manage system integrations and data interfaces with other business applications. Highlight issues using service management processes.Contribute to Continual Service Improvement through identification of process, service and performance improvements and automation opportunitiesYOU'LL BRING:5-10 years relevant experience in the implementation of Oracle Financials with at least 3 years' experience on Oracle FusionFunctional and configuration knowledge in Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Purchasing, Asset accounting, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, AGIS, Tax Engine, Financial accounting Hub and Cloud reporting tools.Strong understanding of database structure for ERP/Oracle Cloud (Fusion)Solid background in IT application support management or IT service management in large financial services organisationsPrevious experience in E2E BAU lifecycle management, including incident, problem & change management, knowledge and service transition, stakeholder management and reporting, OLA/SLA identification and monitoring, and managing teams to deliver the E2E business and technology outcomesExcellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve application issuesEnsuring effective stakeholder engagement, through strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technology solutions.Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related fieldPreferredGlobal experience xe2x80x93 working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneouslyExperience in banking or financial services organisationsITIL Foundation certification or strong working knowledge if ITIL framework and its processesLSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
