Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of Oracle Fusion SCM configuration, including setups,
updates, workflow rules, and business logic changes.
  • Provide end-to-end functional support across modules:
o Inventory, Procurement, Product Hub, Order Management
o BOM (Bill of Materials), Routing, Process Manufacturing
o Costing and Landed Cost
  • Handle day-to-day bug fixing, issue resolution, and support tickets from procurement,
stores, and planning teams.
  • Lead Oracle Fusion implementation and rollout across new plants/warehouses:
o Configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and user handholding
o Master data governance (Items, UOMs, Suppliers)
  • Coordinate with Finance for inventory valuation, costing roll-up, and month-end
reconciliation
  • Generate and automate MIS reports on procurement spend, inventory ageing, GRNs,
and vendor performance
  • Support internal/statutory audit with required documentation and system traceability
  • Manage mass data uploads via FBDI/ADFdi (items, costing, supplier info)
  • Interact with external vendors for DMS/SFA/logistics integrations
  • Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and conduct training sessions
