Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues

Understanding of ITIL principles and incident management lifecycle
Proficiency in MS Office and common tools (excel, outlook etc.)
Knowledge of ticketing systems (Ivanti, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications - All Six Finance modules
Module-specific expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM & iExpenses
Expertise in Subledger GL reconciliations.
Expertise in Budgeting
Technical Skills - Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Fusion, including experience with related technologies like OIC Integrations, web services, and Visual Builder
Basic understanding of system configurations
Knowledge of reporting tools or financial analytics (if relevant)
Basic working knowledge of integrations (e.g., Host-to-Host Bank Payments)
Good-to-Have:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines (manage workload effectively to meet SLAs)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
