Job Title: Oracle Fusion IT Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic Oracle Functional IT Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting Oracle Fusion applications, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring smooth functioning of Oracle modules. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of business processes and basic knowledge of Oracle applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle ERP modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Prepare documentation for functional processes and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze Oracle Fusion Enhancements/Change Requests and Support activities
• Drive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automation eliminating manual activities wherever possible
• Follow JCI Major Incident management process to address any critical issues (P1/P2) by engaging right teams

Required Skills:

• Bachelor 's degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent
• 0-3 years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion/EBS ERP
• Exposure to SQL and basic reporting tools
• Internship or academic project experience with ERP systems is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Cloud certifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional Oracle modules.
