Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead for our Chennai office. This full-time role requires a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level functional leadership and support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (Mandatory skill)
• Proven capability in requirement gathering and analysis
• Experience in user training and development programs
• Strong leadership skills with experience as a Fusion HCM Lead
• Working knowledge of Fusion Payroll processes
• Expertise in Absence Management within Oracle Fusion HCM
• Experience managing Compensation and Benefits modules
• Full understanding of the Hire to Retire cycle in an enterprise setting

• Lead the implementation and support activities of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Resolve complex functional issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Collaborate with technical teams to address gaps and improve system performance
• Monitor and optimize processes for Fusion Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation and Benefits
