Oracle Fusion HCM Functional
Job Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore
OSI Digital is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional to deliver new implementations and Production support ongoing projects. The person will have an opportunity to grow into leadership roles and explore new technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:

• Need to be self-starter with a go getter attitude
• Need to work independently with minimal supervision
• Provide input and recommendations for best practices
• Will be involved in ERP Practice building, implementations and support functions of Oracle Fusion HCM, Absence Management and Payroll Modules

Required Skills:

• Candidate should have working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Absence Management, Payroll modules
• Should have knowledge of Oracle EBS business process specific to Human capital management
• Should have working experience in implementing and modification of fast formulas
• Should have a good understanding of the Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM architecture
• Should have a knowledge of common interfacing touchpoints in implementation scenarios
• Should be well versed in creating configuration documents, test scripts and user training documents
• Should have experience in data migration using HDL, deployment and cut-over activities
• Should have good hands-on support experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues
• Knowledge on Oracle EBS HRMS, Absence Management , Payroll will be an added advantage
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Should have experience in lading project team
• Should be flexible to work over-lapping with different time zones
• Should have experience in Pre-sales management

Oracle Implementation Certification

Never Worked with Clients directly
No Experience in Fast formulas
