Your role, your impact




As a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Consultant, you'll lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Core HR implementations. In this role, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for Core HR, supporting both standalone projects and integrated Oracle HCM Cloud transformations.



You'll work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to configure foundational HR structures, self-service processes, security settings, and Redwood UX enhancements. Your contributions will ensure that HR operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals and Oracle best practices.



This is an exciting opportunity to lead Core HR tracks in a dynamic enterprise setting, while leveraging modern technologies such as Redwood, VBS, and HCM REST APIs.


Your day-to-day




Lead the Core HR functional stream across end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations; Configure Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, and foundational HR setups; Set up and personalize self-service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications; Implement Seniority Date Fast Formulas and customizations using Redwood and Visual Builder Studio (VBS); Define and manage HCM Security components, including Areas of Responsibility (AORs), security roles, and security profiles; Perform Core HR data loads using HDL and HSDL, ensuring data accuracy and structure integrity; Leverage HCM REST APIs and configure Auto Complete rules to enhance user experience and automation; Collaborate across modules such as Talent, Absence, Payroll, and Recruiting, ensuring Core HR is seamlessly integrated; Support client requirements analysis, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support; Work independently across multiple workstreams while delivering high-quality solutions aligned with client objectives. #LI-Hybrid

Keys to your success




Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a specialization in Core HR; Experience in Core HR data conversion and migration using HDL/HSDL; Hands-on experience with Redwood customization, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and HCM REST APIs; Strong expertise in Enterprise structure configuration, security setups, and self-service design; Proven ability to develop and manage Fast Formulas, Auto Complete Rules, and functional extensions; Ability to operate independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Extra edge




Experience conducting client workshops, writing functional design documents, and training end users; Exposure to other Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Absence, and Talent; Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies for HR technology projects; Industry experience in healthcare, technology, or financial services.
