Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

(Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, OTL)

Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

(Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management)

Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant

(General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets)

Oracle CX Functional Consultant

(Sales, Service, Marketing, Subscription Management)
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Oracle Fusion applications. Configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion modules. Work on enhancements, reports, and integrations. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Provide end-user training and production support.
Qualifications:

2-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion applications. Strong expertise in at least one domain (HCM, SCM, Financials, or CX). Hands-on experience in implementations, enhancements, or production support. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Oracle Fusion certification is an added advantage.
