About the Role:



We are looking for a highly skilled

Oracle Fusion Finance Lead Consultant

to lead the design, implementation, and support of

Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud

solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep functional expertise across financial modules, strong understanding of accounting and business processes, and proven experience leading end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead

end-to-end implementation

and

support

of

Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud

modules, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Cash Management Fixed Assets Expenses Subledger Accounting (SLA) Financial Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS) Conduct

requirement gathering

,

fit-gap analysis

,

solution design

, and

configuration

. Prepare

Functional Design Documents (FDs)

,

Test Scripts

, and manage

UAT sessions

. Collaborate with

technical teams

for

integrations

,

data migration (FBDI / ADFDI)

, and

report development

. Ensure

accounting compliance

,

period closure accuracy

, and

data integrity

. Provide

post-implementation support

, issue resolution, and system enhancements. Act as a

trusted advisor

to clients and stakeholders, aligning Oracle Fusion capabilities with business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of consultants, managing timelines, deliverables, and project governance. Stay updated with

Oracle quarterly updates

and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems.

8+ years

of experience in Oracle Financials, with

minimum 2 full-cycle implementations

on

Oracle Fusion Cloud

. Strong functional knowledge of

financial accounting

,

procure-to-pay

, and

order-to-cash

processes. Proficiency in

General Ledger

,

AP

,

AR

,

Cash Management

, and

Fixed Assets

modules. Experience with

reporting tools

(BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS) and

data migration

tools (FBDI, ADFDI). Understanding of

multi-currency

,

multi-ledger

, and

multi-entity

setups. Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have:



Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certification

. Exposure to

Project Financial Management (PPM)

or

Procurement

modules. Experience with

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
