We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on implementation experience. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet business requirements.
Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Finance solutions
Configure and support key Oracle Fusion Finance modules:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Prepare and maintain
functional design documents (BRD, FRD, MD050)
Configure accounting setups, chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, and business units
Support data migration, reconciliation, and financial validations
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
Support
UAT, SIT, go-live, and post-production support
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
8-12 years of experience in Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion Finance
At least
Strong functional knowledge of financial accounting processes
Experience in Oracle Fusion setup and configurations
Good understanding of integrations with other Oracle modules (SCM, HCM, Projects)
Ability to work with stakeholders across finance and IT teams
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud (latest releases)
Exposure to reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
Knowledge of data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi)
Experience in support and enhancement projects
