Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on implementation experience. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and support

end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations

Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Finance solutions Configure and support key Oracle Fusion Finance modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Prepare and maintain

functional design documents (BRD, FRD, MD050)

Configure accounting setups, chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, and business units Support data migration, reconciliation, and financial validations Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions Support

UAT, SIT, go-live, and post-production support

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications



8-12 years of experience in Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion Finance At least

1 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation

Strong functional knowledge of financial accounting processes Experience in Oracle Fusion setup and configurations Good understanding of integrations with other Oracle modules (SCM, HCM, Projects) Ability to work with stakeholders across finance and IT teams Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Skills



Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud (latest releases) Exposure to reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) Knowledge of data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi) Experience in support and enhancement projects

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year

What is your current location? Have you personally worked on at least one complete end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation (from requirement gathering to go-live)? Have you independently configured Chart of Accounts, ledgers, legal entities, and business units in Oracle Fusion Finance? Have you configured AP and AR modules yourself, including invoices, payments, taxes, and accounting entries? Have you personally handled financial data migration using FBDI or ADFdi, including reconciliation and validation? Have you worked on integrations between Oracle Fusion Finance and other modules (SCM, HCM, or Projects)? Have you directly interacted with finance business stakeholders to explain system behavior, resolve gaps, and get sign-off? Have you provided hands-on support during UAT, go-live, and post-production phases for Oracle Fusion Finance? Ho many years of experience in Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion Finance do you have? We need immediate joiners. In how many days can you join once seelcted? What is your CCTC? What is your ECTC (increment will be based on overall interview performance and experience.
