Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Ledger (GL), Intercompany transactions, Cash Management, Accounts Payable (AP), payments processing, and customer and vendor master data management. This role requires in-depth knowledge of configuration, functional testing, and writing functional specifications for the technical team.

What You'll Do

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle ERP modules. Configure and maintain Oracle ERP modules related to GL, Intercompany, Cash Management, AP, payments processing, and master data management. Conduct functional testing to ensure system integrity and compliance with business needs. Collaborate with technical teams to provide clear and concise functional specifications. Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases. Provide end-user training and support. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities. Maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and functional specifications.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Analyst. Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: GL, Intercompany, Cash Management, AP, and payments processing. Experience in managing customer and vendor master data. Proven ability to write functional specifications and perform functional testing. Familiarity with Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) is a plus. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Security roles is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
