What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Functional Analyst with a strong background in Subscription Management and Billing. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing Oracle Fusion applications, specifically within the Customer Experience (CX) suite.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Subscription Management and Billing.
Configure Oracle Fusion CX applications to meet business needs.
Develop functional specifications and documentation for enhancements, modifications, and integrations.
Conduct thorough testing of configurations and functionality, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Manage and execute quarterly Oracle patch updates, ensuring system integrity and compliance with the latest features and security measures.
Provide support for Order Management processes, including pricing strategies, as needed.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
Utilize Redwood design principles to enhance user interfaces and improve overall application usability.
Identify how Oracle's Agentic AI capabilities can help optimize our current business processes.
Who You'll Work With
Join our Information Technology team supporting the Oracle Fusion ecosystem, where you'll drive solution design, application roadmaps, maintenance, and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and achieve business goals. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Technology, leading our Oracle Fusion practice.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
3-5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, specifically with Oracle Fusion CX applications.
Strong expertise in Subscription Management and Billing processes.
Proven experience in configuring Oracle Fusion applications and developing functional specifications.
Ability to create and manage OTBI reports
Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including UAT and system testing.
Familiarity with quarterly Oracle patching processes.
Knowledge of Order Management and pricing strategies is a plus.
Knowledge of BICC and PVOs is a plus
Experience with Redwood is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
