About The Job:

• We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to oversee and deliver complex Oracle Cloud ERP solutions and lead the technical transformation for clients to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• This role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies and will play a critical role in designing scalable, cloud-native technical solutions and guiding teams through all phases of implementation.
• Should have strong leadership, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage both project delivery and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead technical solutioning and architecture in Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, SCM modules.
• Analyze legacy Oracle EBS customizations, interfaces, forms, and reports, and propose equivalent or improved Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Have Very Good Understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and Paas Offerings Including OIC, VBCS, PCS
• Design and develop reports and analytics using:
• Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• BI Publisher (BIP)
• Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
• SmartView
• Build and maintain customizations and extensions using:
• Application Composer
• Page Personalization
• Sandbox Extensions
• UI Customizations via Visual Builder
• VBCS
• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot ESS Jobs for reporting, extracts, and batch operations.
• Build and manage BI Extracts for downstream processing and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Guide junior developers and ensure coding standards, quality, and best practices are followed.
• Participate in project planning, code reviews, deployment strategies, and release management.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Strong experience with:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• VBCS
• PCS
• OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView
• Saas Technical- Application Composer, Fast Formula, VBS
• ESS Jobs and BI Extracts
• Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, SCM).
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and Web Service technologies.
• Familiar with Oracle Cloud personalization and extension frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required:

• Oracle Cloud Certifications in Technical Track like Oracle cloud Infrastructure certified Application integration Professional or similar Professional Certification in OCI
• Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery environments.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and security models.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical
