Job Title - Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance- Functional Consultant
Experience - 6- 15 Years
Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)
Notice - Immediate to 60 days
Requirements:-
MUST HAVE: Oracle EBS R12 & Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance Implementation (Configuration, Fit-Gap analysis) & testing experience at least 6 years.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance
Modules: Account Payables, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets
Processes: Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Asset to Retire, Source to Contract, Customer to Cash, Project to Report

• Basic understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Very strong with integration implementation and testing expertise:
• Complex customization, change impact analysis on upstream / downstream systems.
• Purchase Order in another system (Tungsten), integrating with Oracle Fusion Cloud (capturing payments) and invoicing being done by third party tool.
• Swagger integrated tool (Inbound/Outbound integration).
• Experience of 5-6 years on at least 2 financials implementations & testing.
• Business Requirements Elicitation.
• Solution / Configuration.
• Conf Room Pilot / UAT involvement.
• Experience in integration testing.
• Good understanding of Agile Process and experience in working with Agile teams.
• Good understanding of testing techniques and methodologies.
• Hands on experience with Jira-Zephyr Test Management.
• Understanding Oracle release process / Upgrades / Patches and impact assessments.
• Understanding of change management and change control processes.
• Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment when there is no right answer and aligning with "time-critical" deadlines.
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Adhere to best practices in support & maintenance model to meet best of the SLAs
• Ability to collaborate and work with different teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
