The ERP Security Analyst will be responsible for
user access management, role design, segregation of duties (SOD), security auditing, and compliance
within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The role requires a blend of
technical security expertise and functional business understanding
, with close collaboration across Finance, IT, Audit, and Compliance teams.
This position supports financial business users across
North America and EMEA
and requires flexibility to support production issues during late-night or weekend implementation windows.

Design, implement, and maintain
security roles
aligned with business processes and
least-privilege principles

Configure and administer Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP security using the
Security Console
.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate
Segregation of Duties (SOD)
conflicts.
Support security role testing during implementation, upgrades, and production changes.
Compliance, Risk & Audit
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements including:
SOX
NYDFS
Internal audit standards
Conduct periodic
security assessments and access reviews
to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
Support internal and external audits by providing security documentation, reports, and evidence.
Implement preventive and corrective controls to address audit findings.
Incident Response & Operational Support
Respond to security-related incidents and access issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve incidents and prevent recurrence.
Provide day-to-day production security support including:
User access requests
Role modifications
Emergency access handling
Support late-night production issues and weekend implementations as required.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Audit, Compliance, and Oracle application teams (internal and external) on:
Security design
Role modeling
Application configuration
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for:
Security configurations
Role designs
Policies and procedures
Ensure all security solutions comply with the company's
technology strategy, change management, and security policies

Provide general user guidance and training related to Oracle Fusion ERP security.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements
Minimum
5+ years of experience
with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Strong hands-on understanding of
Oracle Fusion Cloud security architecture
and ERP module interaction.
Proven experience with
RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
and
SOD analysis
.
Ability to understand and articulate
end-to-end business processes
and security impacts.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Audit, and Compliance.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Project management experience using
MS Project
is a plus.
