to support and implement key financial initiatives on the Oracle Fusion platform. This role is critical to supporting rapid organizational growth across multiple legal entities and ledgers, including the formation of a
Bank Holding Company and Group Companies

The ideal candidate will bring strong
finance and accounting domain expertise
combined with deep
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP functional knowledge
. This individual will work closely with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Oracle ERP configurations, solutions, and operational processes. Responsibilities span
end-to-end delivery
, including application design, module configuration, testing, training, and production support.
This role supports financial business users across
North America and EMEA
and may require late-night and weekend support during critical production or implementation windows.
Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Fusion ERP Functional Support
Provide functional support for
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financial modules
, primarily:
Payables (AP)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Reporting (OTBI, FRS, SmartView)
Analyze business requirements and design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Financials enhancements.
Lead Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives including
implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, and end-user training
.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams including infrastructure, database, security, and operations to deliver integrated ERP solutions.
Provide day-to-day production support including:
Periodic patching
Ad-hoc reporting requests
Issue investigation and resolution
Production incident support
Business Process & Continuous Improvement
Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end financial business processes and integration touchpoints.
Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize use of the Oracle Fusion ERP platform.
Promote and implement Oracle and industry best practices.
Ensure all solutions align with the company's
technology roadmap, change management, and security policies
.
Documentation & Stakeholder Collaboration
Produce high-quality functional and technical documentation, including:
Business and system requirements
Data flow diagrams
Process and swim-lane diagrams
Test plans and execution scripts
Work closely with internal and external Oracle development teams to validate:
Functional and non-functional requirements
User interface designs
Provide ongoing user support and training.
Project & Production Support
Participate in full SDLC activities;
project management experience is a plus
.
Provide functional leadership in identifying and implementing new Oracle Financial modules.
Support late-night production issues and weekend implementation activities as required.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements
Minimum
5+ years of hands-on experience
with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials.
Strong understanding of
finance and accounting principles
.
Proven ability to articulate
end-to-end business processes
and integration points.
Experience working cross-functionally with finance, IT, and implementation teams.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of
Oracle Property Manager
is a plus.
Project management experience using
MS Project
is a plus.
Required Skills & Abilities
Proven Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience across Financial modules including:
Payables
Fixed Assets
Subledger Accounting
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Functional leadership in evaluating and deploying new Oracle Financial modules.
Minimum
3+ years of TOAD / SQL experience
.
Strong English communication and documentation skills.
