The ideal candidate will combine strong
finance and accounting domain expertise
with deep
Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM functional knowledge
. This role requires close collaboration with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant, and efficient EPM solutions. Responsibilities include application design, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing production support.
The position supports financial business users across
North America and EMEA
and requires flexibility for late-night and weekend support during critical production or implementation cycles.
Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Fusion Cloud EPM Functional Support
Provide functional support for
Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules
, including:
Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
EPM Reporting
Analyze business requirements and design, configure, test, and deploy EPM enhancements to support financial processes.
Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM initiatives including
implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, and end-user training
.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams such as infrastructure, database, security, and operations to deliver integrated EPM solutions.
Provide day-to-day operational support including:
Periodic patching and upgrades
Ad-hoc reporting and data requests
Issue analysis and resolution
Production system support
Business Process & Continuous Improvement
Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end financial and EPM business processes and integration touchpoints.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM platform.
Promote and implement Oracle-recommended and industry best practices.
Ensure all solutions align with the company's
technology strategy, change management, and security policies
.
Documentation & Stakeholder Collaboration
Produce detailed and standardized documentation, including:
System and functional requirements
Data flow diagrams
Process and swim-lane diagrams
Test plans and execution documentation
Work closely with internal and external Oracle development teams to validate:
Functional and non-functional requirements
User interface designs
Provide ongoing user support and training for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM applications.
Project & Production Support
Support full SDLC activities;
project management experience is a plus
.
Provide functional leadership in identifying and implementing new Oracle EPM modules.
Support late-night production issues and weekend implementations as required.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements
Minimum
5+ years of hands-on experience
with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
Strong understanding of
finance and accounting principles
.
Ability to articulate
end-to-end business processes
, integration points, and data dependencies.
Experience working cross-functionally with finance, IT, and implementation teams.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Project management experience using
MS Project
is a plus.

Minimum
3+ years of TOAD / SQL experience
