We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst, focusing on the Order to Cash (O2C) process, to join our IT Applications team in Bangalore, reporting to the director of IT Applications, who is based in Santa Clara, California, USA. In this role, you will be a key member of the O2C IT team for ongoing business transformation, working closely with business users to define the scope of the work and gather business requirements. You will provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, perform necessary configurations, write detailed specifications for the development of custom programs, and test and implement automated solutions. You are the ideal candidate if you have a good understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) process and have excellent working knowledge in the Oracle ERP domain. You work well both independently and with teams, and you are highly self-motivated and outcome-driven. What you\'ll do: Manage systems configurations in Oracle Fusion applications in the O2C flow Work with the business to support configuration changes, continuous improvements, and the optimization of existing systems and processes Manage and support the development of Fusion applications and other O2C process changes Support financial close activities and identify opportunities to automate and resolve recurring production issues What you\'ll bring: 8+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience with Oracle SCM modules, especially Order Management, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Account Receivable Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion application Proficiency in developing Order Orchestration flows, Approval Management Engine, BIP/OTBI reporting, Oracle SQL, and PLSQL Good understanding and exposure to Oracle Cloud arena, including SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, develop integrations both Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bachelor\'s degree in IT, accounting, finance, or related field What success looks like: After six months, you will Understand the Infoblox O2C business process Gain hands-on experience with the Infoblox O2C process and participate in the feature development for the After about a year, you will Gain deep knowledge in the Infoblox P2P, O2C, and R2R processes and the technical skills to execute development cycles Collaborate with peers and teams across the organization in various development cycles Technically assist and guide new business system analysts Be a key contributor to the success of Infoblox We\'ve got you covered: Our holistic benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness-as well as a great work environment, employee programs, and company culture.
