Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Implementation Specialist to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will lead the installation, configuration, and integration of Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking System (FCUBS) and Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX). You will also support business testing, prepare documentation, and train internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS & OBDX) Set up Oracle Database and WebLogic servers Deploy middleware and ensure seamless integration Coordinate with IT teams to meet hardware, network, and security requirements Apply patches, troubleshoot issues, and prepare system documentation Support user testing and train technical teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 6+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE environment setup and administration Hands-on experience with FCUBS and OBDX installations Strong skills in Oracle Database (preferably 19c) and WebLogic Server Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting Understanding of core banking system architecture Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery setups is a plus
