Finance Functional
. Proficiency in Oracle Financial Modules such as GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Tax, third party tax implementations such as Vertex
. Strong understanding of financial business processes and how they are implemented in Oracle Financials
. Good consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client\'s business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result.
. Ability to understand and perform gap analysis between the current business processes and the future processes
. Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding on the financial implementations
. Solution design - that meets business requirements and align with finance best practices
. Testing and Validation - adhering to the organization best practices
