to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and a strong background in finance and accounting processes. This role involves working closely with business users, understanding their requirements, and translating them into Oracle financial system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Work as a liaison between finance users and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within Oracle Financial modules.
Configure and support Oracle Financial modules, such as:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), iExpense, eBTax, Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Prepare functional design documents and assist in developing and testing solutions.
Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with technical developers for RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects.
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and migration projects.
Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal controls as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
Hands-on experience in full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Proficiency in writing functional documentation and test scripts.
Experience working in a multi-country, multi-currency environment is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) certification.
Experience with Oracle Project Accounting, Procurement, or Order Management modules.
Knowledge of SQL and basic technical troubleshooting.
