The Oracle Finance Consultant will work closely with finance to implement and manage Oracle Financials applications. This includes understanding business requirements, conducting detailed functionality analysis, configuring the system, and providing ongoing support to optimize financial processes.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for Oracle Financials.
Configure Oracle Financials modules to meet business needs.
Conduct system testing and end-user training to ensure smooth implementation.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Financials applications.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
Continuously monitor and optimize system performance.
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
