We are currently seeking Oracle Finance Cloud Practice Manager to join our team in Hyderabad/ Bangalore/Pune.

Primary Responsibilities >
Delivery/Implementation 10% Individual Contributions 60% Resource Management 10%
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously by collaborating with project managers to accomplish client and project goals.
Delivery Team, Client PMs/Sponsors Delivery Team, Client PMs/SMEs Delivery Team, L&D, HR
Expertise Required

• Manage the project budget and revenue tracking to maximize budget utilization and revenue recognition.

• Solve product complexity impediments to delivery

• Understand client technology landscape

• Effectively influences decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations

• Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence clients and team members.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Need to have strong communication skills
• Need to a be self-starter with a go getter attitude
• Need to work independently with minimal supervision
• Provide input and recommendations for best practices
• Will be involved in ERP Practice building, implementations and support functions of Oracle Financials Cloud activities

Required Skills:

• Candidate should have minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience of working in all Oracle Financial Products namely General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, e-Expense, Fixed Assets, Global Intercompany, Property Manager, Tax and SLA
• Candidate should have minimum of 10+ years of experience of working in Oracle Financials Cloud Solution Design
• Should have at least 6+end to end implementation experience in Oracle Financials implementations working through requirement analysis to go-live
• Should have knowledge of supporting Pre-Sales proposals
• Should have a good Cloud Solution Architecture Experience
• Should have a knowledge of common Procurement integration touchpoints in implementation scenarios
• Should be well versed in creating configuration documents, test scripts and user training documents
• Should have experience in data migration, deployment and cut-over activities
• Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues
• Knowledge on OIC and OCI will be an added advantage
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Should be flexible to work over-lapping with different time zones

Good to Have:

• Oracle Implementation Certification
• Pre-Sales experience
