Job Profile : Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant

Key Skills & Experience :

5-8 years of hands-on experience in

implementing, configuring, and integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)

. Deep understanding of

OFSC architecture

, data model, configuration options, and customization capabilities. Expertise in optimizing

scheduling, routing, capacity planning, work order management

, and

mobile workforce management

using OFSC solutions. Extensive experience configuring OFSC components such as:

Resource pools

Territories

Routing rules

Scheduling policies

Business rules

Smart Collaboration

Action Management

Manage Displays

Experience with the

OFSC Mobile Plug-in Framework

is a significant plus. Skilled in customizing OFSC using the

plug-in framework

to meet business needs, including capturing

time and expenses

. Proven experience with

REST/SOAP APIs

and integration platforms, preferably

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

. Knowledge of

Oracle Cloud security policies, standards, and procedures

. Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting

abilities. Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Capable of working independently or in a team, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a

fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
