We're looking for an experienced

Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

to join our team and bring deep technical and functional expertise to Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. You'll work across Finance, Supply Chain, and other ERP domains to design, develop, and support scalable solutions that align with business needs and technical best practices.


This is a hybrid role for someone who's equally comfortable translating business requirements into functional specs and diving into the code to deliver high-performance integrations, reports, and configurations.

What You'll Be Doing

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ERP solutions that integrate functional needs with technical architecture Develop and support

BI Publisher (BIP)

and

OTBI

reports, ensuring accurate data delivery and presentation Build and manage

REST/SOAP APIs

to interface with Oracle ERP systems Perform system transactions to test and validate technical solutions Write functional and technical specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP applications, including root cause analysis and corrective action Participate in full lifecycle implementations and post-go-live support across various ERP functional areas Stay up to date on Oracle Cloud ERP advancements and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver on-time, in-scope solutions Mentor junior team members and support cross-training across teams

What You'll Bring to the Table

5+ years of hands-on experience as a techno-functional consultant in

Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Fusion Applications

Strong technical expertise in

PL/SQL

,

BI Publisher

,

OTBI

, and Oracle data architecture Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and

RESTful Web Services

Proven experience developing and supporting technical ERP components in fast-paced, enterprise environments Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, scalable ERP solutions Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Experience developing technical specs, test plans, and user documentation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Oracle certifications in ERP modules or technologies are preferred
