About the Job

Operation Lead will be responsible for many or all the operations related activity on the PROD and Non-PROD Oracle SAAS instances and Oracle PAAS/IAAS Infra. He will be supporting Global ERP Support and Operations Manager for scheduling refreshes of Non-PROD environments, requesting and confirming of the masking and other system admin related activities.

Main Accountabilities

  • Work closely with many teams in the IT Department, including System Administrators, Software Development, Network Security and DBA\'s to support PaaS/IaaS/SaaS.
  • Manage all Oracle Cloud Infrastructure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services.
  • Manage Backup and DR Strategies
  • Manage User Security groups
  • Monitor all services access, availability, performance, and usage
  • Configure, Manage, Audit and Alert on the PaaS and SaaS services.
  • Implement Best Practices for PaaS services lifecycle
  • Write technical specifications, based on technical design discussions.
  • Control and Manage Refresh schedule and submit refresh schedule.
  • Control and Manage masking of Non PROD instances with the team.
  • Own all security related activities for the PROD and Non PROD.
  • Review and Approve Custom Object migration to IAAS/PAAS.
  • Review and Approve access to the IAAS/PAAS application.
  • Review and contribute in building Technical Arch for the Oracle Fusion and related PAAS infra.
Additional Requirement

Required for position:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is recommended
  • Minimum 3+ years\' experience in a Cloud Infrastructure Admin in OCI
  • Administrating OIC, ATP, DBVM and Fusion ERP/HCM/EPM Services
  • Configuring Oracle Cloud Services Backups and Object Storage
  • Oracle Cloud Services Monitoring Tools
  • Provisioning Oracle ATP ADW Autonomous Data Guard
  • Usage Monitoring of OCI Services, Auto Scaling and Message packs consumption of Universal Credits
  • Configuring and Managing OCI Compartments and Provisioning services across Availability and Fault Domains.
  • Knowledge of best practices for Development Lifecyle for Dev, Test, UAT and Prod Services.
  • Knowledge and ability to provision Network Security Groups, Bastion Hosts as a Services Sessions, and Public Load Balancer provisioning
  • Experience with CI/CD using Git,Jenkins
  • Experience in Devops role
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and enjoys working through and solving complex problems
  • Extremely detail oriented and passionate about work quality
  • Experience working with Implementation consultants is a plus
  • Certified OCI Architect Associate/Professional(Mandatory
  • Solid customer service/client facing experience
  • Experience with multiple Technologies such as: SQL, Workflow, Data Loader
  • Incident Management system
  • Working in a controlled release environment using change management tools
  • Experienced in creating documentation

  • Certified OCI Migration and Integration Specialist
  • Certified OCI Security Associate/Professional
  • Certified OCI Cloud Operations Associate
  • Certified Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change often, therefore the ability to work in a self-directed fashion adjusting priorities as required
  • Strong Customer Service ethic and presentation
