Oracle Fusion Technical with OIC, VBCS
Job Location: Hyderabad
Exp : 5+ Years
OSI Digital is looking for Fusion Technical for the open position in Support Project. The person will get the opportunity to explore his knowledge and gain from the industry best resource pool available. The person will have an opportunity to grow into leadership roles and explore new avenues in IT space.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day technical support activity and handle client communication
- Plan and resolve issues in a prioritized order
- Act as a primary point of contact for tickets till resolution
- Has to Coordinate and work with the Technical Team
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree
- Error handling in OIC
- Should be good at troubleshooting API payload issues as well as OIC failure points
- Should have experience in integrating the 3rd Party application and Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Should be capable of building integrations both inbound and outbound - File based, API web service-based
- Should be aware about agent, business events and messaging service.
- Should be conversant in documentation - Technical Design, Unit Test Scripts, Code migration document, Integration test
