Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, Cash Management) on version 12.2.3.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents and defects within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and follow change control processes.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
- Use ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools) for incident and change management.
- Provide support during critical periods such as Finance Close and Cyber 6.
- Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore, and onshore teams for effective issue management.
- Contribute to process and performance improvements for continuous enhancement.
- Utilize strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, ADF/OAF, and Workflow Builder.
- Support customizations, extensions, and third-party integrations (e.g., Vertex, external tax engines).
- Assist multinational and multilingual deployments (English, Chinese, Japanese).
- Ensure compliance and support financial close cycles.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Provide weekend/holiday support as needed during critical periods.
