Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll & HRMS Functional Lead
Experience:
8-12+ years in
Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll
Responsibilities
Lead the
Oracle EBS Payroll & HRMS functional stream
for upgrades, annual roll-up patches, and statutory updates.
Perform impact analysis of
Payroll Legislative Roll-up Patches (RUPs)
and compliance changes.
Configure, test, and validate Payroll processes:
Payroll run, prepayments, costing, and BACS.
End-of-Year (EOY) and Start-of-Year (SOY) statutory patches.
Statutory reporting (e.g., UK HMRC RTI, Ireland ROS submissions).
Validate and support integrations with third-party systems:
Oleeo ? Oracle HRMS
UKG ? Oracle HRMS
Oracle Payroll ? ROS / HMRC
Work with technical teams to troubleshoot Payroll concurrent programs, costing, and custom reports.
Support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Provide documentation, end-user training, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in
Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll (R12.1 / R12.2)
.
Deep understanding of
Payroll setup, elements, balance feeds, fast formulas, and costing
.
Knowledge of
statutory compliance
(UK HMRC RTI, Ireland ROS, SOY/EOY patches).
Experience with Payroll interfaces and integrations.
Familiarity with
Oracle APIs and Payroll concurrent processes
.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
