Oracle Apps Functional with Working knowledge for R12 HRMS modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL & SSHR implementation & support exposure is must)
Expert in Oracle HR KFFs, DFFs, date-track feature, SITs, EITs & work structures.
Expert in Oracle HRMS security, user access, lookups.
Demonstrate ability to configure Core HR, OTL & Absence modules independently.
Proficient in building complex/very complex business process solution design & configurations in Core HR, SSHR & Absence modules.
Be able to independently engage with business users for requirement gathering, SIT execution and UAT support
Strong Functional experience in set up and configurations (Core HR & Absence at least) including design documents (BR100, MD050 etc)
Experienced in integrations with third party applications
Good Team player with effective communication skills
