Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement business solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (R12).
Develop and support Payroll and Core HR integrations, data conversions, customizations, extensions, and personalizations.
Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
Develop and enhance XML/BI Publisher and RDF reports, and build interfaces into the HRMS system.
Work on Payroll processing, prepayment, costing, and transfer to GL.
Support modules including Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of HRMS solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years of professional experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
Strong programming expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, including Payroll integration, Core HR, and OTL.
Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, Oracle Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, RDF Reports, and interface development.
* Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, including costing and transfer to GL.
