Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HR Technical Expert who loves solving problems and making systems work smoothly. In this role, you will bring your strong technical skills to support and enhance our HRMS modules. You will play a key part in keeping our systems reliable, efficient, and compliant helping our team and organization perform at their best.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Oracle Learning Management (OLM), and iRecruitment. Troubleshoot and fix technical issues including workflow failures, concurrent program errors, and data inconsistencies. Ensure HR and Payroll systems meet all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, including tax updates and reports. Work on integrations between Oracle HRMS and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and system performance. Collaborate with functional teams to deliver system improvements, patches, and upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS technical development and support. Strong skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Interfaces. Good understanding of HR and Payroll processes. Experience with HRMS integration to third-party systems is preferred.
