Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document

finance and accounting requirements

. Conduct

requirement workshops

and

fit-gap analysis

sessions to align Oracle best practices with customer processes. Lead and facilitate

CRP (Conference Room Pilot)

sessions, demonstrating solution capabilities to business users. Provide expertise across

Finance modules

: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Subledger Accounting; exposure to P2P and O2C cycles preferred. Support end-to-end

solution design, configuration, and testing

activities in Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS. Collaborate with technical teams to design reports, integrations, and extensions based on business needs. Prepare

BRD (Business Requirement Documents), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and RTMs (Requirement Traceability Matrices)

. Provide functional support during

UAT, SIT, and Go-Live

phases. Advise clients on

best practices, financial process improvements, and Oracle Cloud roadmap adoption

.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of Oracle Finance functional consulting experience

in

EBS (R12)

and

Fusion Cloud Finance

. Strong functional knowledge in

Core Finance modules

(GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) with hands-on experience. Experience in

leading requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and CRP sessions

with business stakeholders. Proficiency in preparing and validating

BRDs, FDDs, and RTMs

. End-to-end implementation experience in

at least 2-3 full cycle projects

(including EBS to Fusion Cloud migration preferred). Ability to work closely with clients, explain Oracle best practices, and manage

stakeholder expectations

. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Experience in

India Localization (GST, TDS)

and global finance setups is an added advantage.

Good to Have

Exposure to

Oracle Cloud Tools

: OTBI, BIP Reports, Smart View, and FBDI/HDL templates. Knowledge of

finance integration touchpoints

with SCM, Projects, and Payroll. Experience in

Agile/Waterfall implementation methodologies

in Financials.
