Department: IT/ERPJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EBS Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically in Fixed Assets and R12 Financials. This role will involve collaborating with business users, IT teams, and management to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of Oracle ERP solutions. You will be responsible for leading, configuring, and supporting various Oracle Financial modules to meet the business needs.Key Responsibilities:Functional Implementation & Configuration:Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS R12 Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and other related modules.Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and provide recommendations on best practices for Fixed Assets processes within Oracle ERP.Configure and maintain setups in Oracle Financials, ensuring alignment with business processes.Develop detailed functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports.Business Process Analysis & Optimization:Conduct workshops and meetings with business users to gather requirements and understand business processes.Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fixed Assets, accounting, and financial systems, identifying areas for process improvements and optimization.Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle EBS applications.Testing & Support:Lead the testing phase including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Oracle Financials and Fixed Assets modules.Assist in data migration activities and validate data integrity during go-live.Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and ensure system stability.Training & Documentation:Develop training materials and user documentation for key stakeholders and end-users.Conduct training sessions for business users to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the new processes.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that the project deliverables are met on time and within budget.Communicate regularly with project managers and business leaders to provide status updates and manage expectations.
