Currently, we are looking for an

Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

to join our

team.

The consultants will act as client representatives, providing business, functional, and domain expertise across Oracle Projects modules. The role involves close collaboration with the client's Program Manager and project teams to ensure successful delivery, governance participation, and advisory across finance and project accounting domains. Act as the client-side representative in business, functional, and service delivery meetings. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) across Oracle Projects modules, especially in areas such as recruiting agency resource billing, fully loaded cost tracking, and margin analysis. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities -- validation, test case review, and defect resolution coordination. Perform functional documentation review and provide advisory on design and solution alignment with business processes. Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and respective Project Managers to drive project deliverables and ensure alignment with client goals. Provide functional inputs to internal and vendor teams during design, testing, and deployment phases. Track and review project billing, cost allocation, and intercompany transactions as part of business process advisory. Participate in status reporting, stakeholder updates, and risk identification activities.

Qualifications & Experience


5-10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant. Proven expertise in Project Accounting, Costing, and Billing modules. Exposure to AP, GL and their integration points with Project modules. Strong understanding of business processes related to professional services, cost management, and resource billing. Experience supporting global programs and working with international stakeholders. Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities during UK/Ireland business hours.
