We are seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules--Order Management (OM), Inventory Management, and Purchasing--alongside strong working knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementation projects, and a solid understanding of system integrations between EBS, Oracle Subscription Management, and external platforms such as CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle EBS OM, Inventory, and Purchasing modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support Oracle Subscription Management. Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and integration touchpoints. Design and validate integration flows between EBS and Oracle Subscription Management, including CRM systems. Conduct gap analysis, solution design, and functional testing. Support data migration, UAT, and cutover activities. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS functional consulting. Strong expertise in Order Management, Inventory Management, and Purchasing modules. Proven experience with Oracle Subscription Management and its integration with EBS. Understanding of CRM systems and their integration with Oracle platforms. Experience in at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead functional streams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle certifications in relevant modules. Experience with Oracle Cloud applications. * Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools.
