The role is a unique opportunity to boost the Global Enterprise Applications team\'s delivery of solutions and support of Field Service, Service Contracts and Depot Repair, all with an eye on process optimization and automation. In this role, the Functional expert will support Videojet\'s Global organizations in their use of Oracle EBS and other related applications. Using functional knowledge and an eye for business, you will guide the Customer Care and Operations business users along the path of converting process challenges into solutions. Your responsibilities as the Development Manager : Manage the development Team Prioritize the tasks and ensure timely completion of tasks Process rationalization and standardization Conduct Daily standups review open Tickets and clear blockers Provide functional guidance to the team and help team with the business processes Regular connect with BAs on open action items Achieve KPIs as planned Your responsibilities as the Functional Expert : Implement Service Modules Provide functional support on Service Modules Provide functional support on Oracle/SFDC Integrations Support process rationalization and standardization across various Videojet global business units. Your Education and/or Background Experience will include: At least 20+ years as a Development Manager and Oracle functional expert or similar role, either in IT or within a Customer Care or Operations business unit. Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. MBA a plus. Experience supporting Customer Care and Service Organizations on Oracle EBS 12.1 or 12.2, particularly Field Service, Install Base, Spares Management, Service Contracts and related modules like Inventory, Order Management, OLFM and Account Receivables. Exposure in Oracle EBS GL Module, Informatica and Salesforce are helpful but not required. Must have Oracle Technical skills Having experience with Oracle Service Cloud is an added advantage. History of delivering IT solutions, from gathering requirements, managing partner resources, deployment and long-term solution support. Has worked in cross-functional project teams, in both a contributor and lead role.
