4. Educational Background - BE/Btech

5. Key Responsibilities -

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes.

Experience working with Oracle supply chain planning applications, such as Oracle Demand Planning, Oracle Supply Planning, and Oracle Inventory Optimization.

Proven experience as a business analyst or functional consultant, preferably in supply chain planning projects.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications in Oracle supply chain planning applications or project management (e.g., Oracle Certified Specialist - Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud) are a plus.
