Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization

Build custom objects and extensions using

Oracle CX Application Composer

Develop

Groovy scripts, workflows, and field updates

to meet business requirements Create reports and dashboards using

BI Publisher

and

OTBI

Support integration development using

SOAP/REST APIs

,

ICS components

, and

VBCS

Testing & Deployment

Perform unit testing and prepare test documentation Support system testing, UAT, and bug resolution Deploy changes across environments following IT governance standards

Support & Maintenance

Provide technical support for incidents and service requests Troubleshoot and resolve application issues Escalate complex problems to senior developers or vendors when necessary

Collaboration & Documentation

Partner with system analysts and functional consultants to clarify requirements Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices Maintain updated technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases

Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with Oracle CX updates and enhancements Participate in ongoing training and skills development initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

,

Information Technology

, or a related field

4-6 years

of experience in software development and SDLC Strong coding skills in

Java

and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy) Hands-on experience with

Oracle CX (Sales, Service, Registration, Leasing)

Familiarity with

BI Publisher

,

OTBI

, and integration technologies (

SOAP/REST APIs

) Understanding of

Cloud architecture

and

DevOps CI/CD

practices
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
