Job Description

Job Title : Oracle CX - Sales, Service, CPQ

- Oracle CX Developer

Experience:

3-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

Work on

Oracle CX Sales & Service Cloud

(Engagement Cloud) and related SaaS modules. Develop

custom objects, workflows, and extensions

using

Application Composer & Groovy scripting

. Build

custom UI pages in VBCS

and integrations using

ICS/REST/SOAP APIs

. Support

data migration, reports (OTBI/BI), and error handling

. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Knowledge of

Oracle CPQ

is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with

Oracle CX Sales & Service Cloud

. Proficiency in

Groovy scripting, Application Composer, VBCS, ICS

. Experience with

integrations (SOAP/REST APIs)

. Good understanding of

cloud architecture and data migration

. Strong programming/debugging skills.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of

Oracle CPQ

. Experience with

BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
