About the role:
Fusion Practices is looking for a strong Oracle CPQ developer with experience in BML scripting, commerce rules, BMQL, Configuration and Constraint rules, CPQ Migration and Deployments, etc
Responsibilities:

• Act as first-line and second-line support for incidents & service requests.

• Coordinate with Oracle for SR logging, tracking, and resolution.

• Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and solution notes.

• Provide monthly status reports, ticket metrics, and improvement recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with business SLAs and change management process.

• Conduct periodic knowledge-sharing sessions with business users.

• Support patch testing, environment refresh validation, and release planning.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud:

• BML scripting, commerce rules, BMQL

• Configuration and Constraint rules

• Document Designer, XSL templates

• CPQ Migration and Deployments

• Hands-on experience with Oracle CX Cloud:

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Subscription, CDM

• Groovy scripting, Object Model, BI Publisher

• Integration experience with:

• OIC (Integrations, PCS, VBCS)

• Oracle ERP Cloud & SCM Cloud modules

• REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON payloads

• Knowledge of Oracle CPQ-OM Cloud E2E flow.

• Familiarity with Agile project methodology and DevOps migration processes
