Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Cloud Utilities implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Configure, customize, and optimize Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B, MDM, C2M, WAM, etc.).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud Utilities and other enterprise systems.
Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and project teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B, C2M, MDM, WAM, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Strong knowledge of utility industry processes (metering, billing, customer service, asset management).
Experience with integration technologies (SOAP/REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, middleware).
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and scripting for customization and automation.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
