We at Fusion Practices are looking for an Oracle Senior Technical Consultant, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing backend solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL. This role requires expertise in Oracle technologies, including API integration, database development, and Oracle PaaS, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust integrations using

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

to connect Oracle Fusion and other systems. Build and maintain custom backend applications using

Oracle Application Express (APEX)

. Develop, optimize, and maintain complex

PL/SQL

scripts, procedures, functions, and packages for Oracle databases. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable backend solutions. Define and implement integration strategies using

PaaS for SaaS

approaches. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration patterns, APIs, and database designs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, database performance, and backend applications. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and quality assurance to ensure the stability of backend solutions. Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members and client teams. Develop custom reporting and data extraction scripts as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant, with expertise in

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

,

APEX

, and

PL/SQL

. Strong hands-on experience in Oracle database development, including performance tuning and troubleshooting. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and integration technologies. Expertise in designing and implementing scalable backend solutions for enterprise systems. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients. Oracle certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., OIC, APEX, PL/SQL) are a plus. * Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is desirable.
