Key Responsibilities


Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for Oracle Cloud Service, Field Service, and Service Logistics implementations.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions, facilitate workshops, and perform gap analysis to define business needs and align them with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Design and document robust, scalable solutions that integrate Oracle Cloud applications with Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise systems.
Partners with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Service Cloud, Service Logistics, and Field Service processes, including case management, work order management, scheduling, service parts logistics, and warranty/service contract management.
Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure solution quality and successful delivery.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering best practices, roadmaps, and recommendations for optimizing service processes.
Mentor junior consultants and provide thought leadership within the service solutions practice.
Required Qualifications


Minimum 15+ years of CRM Service-related experience, with strong expertise in service business processes and Oracle solutions.
At least 3 full end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Service, Field Service, and Service Logistics.
Strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite Service modules, including Field Service, Install Base, and Service Contracts.
Demonstrated experience with integration design between Oracle Cloud applications and Oracle E-Business Suite.
Proven ability to lead requirements workshops, gap analyses, and solution design sessions with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
