A new job opportunity has opened up for four passionate Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional consultant with proven track record in designing, developing and deploying Oracle Procurement Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in understanding business requirements, designing and building high-quality, innovative solutions fully compliant with relevant industry standards. Working with a talented team of professionals you will take a leading role and help us shape and evolve our Oracle Cloud Practice. Note that these roles requires at least two implementation experience of Oracle SCM Cloud modules along with implementation of Oracle eBS SCM modules as a pre-requisite to be shortlisted. The following list provides a view of the kinds of activities that you will be undertaking: Capturing business requirement and conducting solution design in Oracle Supply Chain the following areas; Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud (Supplier Portal, Self Service Procurement and Purchasing) Demonstration of standard business processes / flows to Client User Group(s) Ability to comprehend existing business processes / practices, identify / capture additional business / reporting requirements. Solution Design - Prototypes, Fit Gap analysis and walk thru with User Groups for finalization. Identify and document Test Cases / Plans for Acceptance in line with the finalized process / transaction flows. Identify and document data migration methodologies for Master / Transactional elements including extraction, validation, transformation, migration, verification / validation. Configuration of CRP / Test / Production Environments High / Detailed Level design for all identified CEMLI objects. Prepare Key User Training Courseware and Conduct Training sessions. Raise Service Requests [SRs] with Oracle Support for any Product issues and liaise with Oracle Support until resolution. Liaising with cross workstream leads including technical leads with a view to ensure end to end solution validity Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at different levels Ensuring quality solution delivery by ensuring regular solution reviews Conduct User Acceptance Workshops to assist Client User(s) to execute various Acceptance Test Cases and record results for evidencing completion. Migration of Master / Transactional Data during various Phases, Reconciliation and Customer Acceptance. Requirements 10+ years experience with at least 2 implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud / Oracle eBS SCM modules in one or more of following areas: Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud (Supplier Portal, Self-Service Procurement and Purchasing) Good understanding of end to end business processes across manufacturing and global supply chain businesses Good understanding of Cloud delivery methodology Ability to design and deliver client workshops Good experience of working with clients based in Europe and USA Ability to deliver quality deliverables in both remote and on-site working mode Ability to lead and inspire a team of broad skilled resources Good understanding of Oracle Cloud layers and use cases for industries Excellent spoken and written communication skills Self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and results oriented Benefits As part of a growing, ambitious and progressive organization, you will benefit from diverse growth and learning opportunities, an industry leading compensation package coupled with additional benefits such as health and life insurance.
