Management (SCM), you may be a good fit for our team. Peloton has a unique opportunity for

an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Solution Architect to play a hands-on role in a high growth

practice area.



Responsibilities:



Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The

consultant will lead and work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution

oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities

may include:

Developing an understanding of a client's current state process and developing future

state recommendations.

Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level

implementation plans.

Gathering and analyzing business requirements. Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution. Hands-on configuration of the solution with the ability to support junior team

members

Defining new and refining existing business processes. Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and

intellectual property.

Required Experience & Skills:





15+ years of experience working on Oracle PLM and SCM projects with experience as a

Solution Architect on at least 2-3 Cloud Implementations.

Functional Subject Matter Experts and Team Leadership in Concept-to-Design and

Ideation-to-Commercialization business process.

Oracle Agile (onprem PLM software) experience Experience with Safety Chain Software Experienced with Workflow setup in PLM Experienced with Oracle Cloud 3PL integration with third party systems PLM Oracle Cloud Ideation-to-Commercialization design, build and implementation

experience using following modules:

o Ideation

o Innovation Management

o Product Development

o Product Quality Management

o Product Data Hub

o Master Data Management

Experience working clients in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem

solving skills.

Compensation:



Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is

influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience,
