Roles and Responsibilities :

Serve as a techno-functional expert for Oracle Fusion Payroll and Time & Labor modules. Configure, test, and support Payroll and Time & Labor business processes based on client requirements. Work on payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and time entry rules. Perform technical development activities including HDL, HSDL, BIP Reports, OTBI, and fast formula writing. Manage inbound/outbound interfaces with third-party vendors or systems. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Technical teams for solution design and issue resolution. Support payroll parallel testing, year-end processes, and statutory compliance (India Payroll statutory knowledge preferred). Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions, ensuring minimal business disruption. Document configurations, test cases, and business processes for end-user support and training.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Payroll and Time & Labor modules. Strong understanding of Payroll processing, time calculation rules, absence integration, and retro-pay setup. Proficiency in Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and BI Publisher Reports. Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical and functional issues. Good knowledge of Payroll statutory compliances in India (PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, etc.) is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills :

Oracle Cloud HCM Certification in Payroll and/or Time & Labor. Experience working in an implementation, support, or upgrade project environment.
