Job Description

OIC & VBCS Architect:

1. End-to-End Solution Design & Build:

Lead the architecture, but also actively design and develop complex OIC integrations and VBCS applications.

2. Integration Development:

Build REST/SOAP, file-based, and SaaS adapter integrations with hands-on implementation using OIC.

3. VBCS Application Development:

Create responsive, production-ready web/mobile apps using Oracle VBCS, including custom JavaScript logic and dynamic UI components.

4. Fusion SaaS Customizations:

Work directly with Oracle ERP/SCM to extend functionalities via OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.

5. Reusable Components:

Develop reusable components, templates, and framework logic in both integration and VBCS layers.

6. Technical Leadership Through Code:

Review code and actively contribute to repositories, ensuring quality through real hands-on participation-not just oversight.

7. Advanced Error Handling & Monitoring:

Design and implement fault-tolerant architectures with automated alerting, fallback, and retry logic.

8. Performance Optimization:

Tune integration flows and VBCS frontends for better performance, throughput, and responsiveness.

9. Security & Auth Implementation:

Implement OAuth2, JWT, or Basic Auth securely across services and integrations.

10. DevOps & CI/CD Involvement:

Work with deployment pipelines (OIC export/import, VBCS artifacts, etc.), and participate in version control (e.g., Git) hands-on.
