This role focuses on delivering advanced functional support, solution design, and consulting for complex requirements and process optimization across Oracle Cloud Receivables and related O2C modules.Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional consultancy and support for Oracle Cloud O2C modules, including Receivables, Order Management, and Revenue Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex business requirements, issues, and workflow challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and change requests.
• Partner with business users to streamline O2C operations and address high-priority escalations.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and best practices.
